Fut, Chan Yong Fa. In 2005, Steven met Sifu Mike Marshall and has since been
receiving training in Hung Gar from Mike Marshall in Louisville, KY, and looks
forward to a long relationship. Sifu Mike Marshall has trained with renowned
martial artists Sifu Donald Hamby and Sifu Buck Sam Kong.

fitness program at the school known as Women in Motion and a life course known as F.I.R.S.T. that helps
women self-realize and achieve their highest aspirations, including weight loss and life skills. Tammy is
currently pursuing her Kentucky teacher's certification full time.

After two years of sitting and watching Eli and Larkin in classes, Anne began her
training with Sifu Tammy in the women's kickboxing class. Self-confidence
gained from the resulting physical fitness lead her quickly to the additional
challenge of adult kung fu class lead by Sifu Steven in 2007. Anne earned her
black sash in March 2011. Her interests are long weapons and women's self
defense.
